Service Description

This is a 15 minute session, great for a quick sweat when you're on the go or just need a moment to reset! Set the chromotherapy light and just relax a minute. This session includes a complimentary bottle of water, just like the others. You will still need to allow time for your cool off and re-dress - about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy safe and effective infrared sauna therapy with state-of-the-art infrared heaters, in our 2 person - full spectrum infrared, low EMF sauna. Cancelation Policy

Sauna Cancellation Policy – Be Free Natural Living _Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. _Missed appointments or appointments with less than a 2-hour cancellation will result in a charge of $20 and will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
