This session is great for the occasional sauna therapy client! Great for those who just need a sweat every now and again - or to get the pick-me-up we all need once in a while. Add in some chromotherapy lights and your favorite station, sit back and relax - sweat the small stuff away! This session includes a complimentary bottle of water, of course! Enjoy safe and effective infrared sauna therapy with state-of-the-art infrared heaters, in our 2 person - full spectrum infrared, low EMF sauna. Cancelation Policy

Sauna Cancellation Policy – Be Free Natural Living _Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. _Missed appointments or appointments with less than a 2-hour cancellation will result in a charge of $20 and will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
